MIND MATTERS NATURALLY: ADHD

In Person, Nature-Based ADHD Support in South Wales, South Goucestershire and North Bristol.

Number of sessions: 8

Session length: 2-3 hours

Group size: 6

GP, Local Authority & Self referrals welcome.

If you are diagnosed, on the waiting list or just really feel that you have ADHD.

This is for you.

Come and explore your ADHD with like minded people whilst you have a cuppa and learn how to carve spoons and spatulas.

Over 8 weekly sessions you can learn about and share your daily life in a really relaxed atmosphere.  We will chat, whittle, drink tea/coffee/herbals and explore why we feel and act in the ways we do.

Throughout the course you will have the opportunity to make friends, share experiences and find out about how to manage some of the harder bits and make the most of the best bits.

Each session explores a common aspect of living with ADHD.  Understanding the ‘why’s’ can be really helpful and is kept straight forward-unless you want to dive deeper!

The sessions include:

  • Whittling greenwood spoons and spatulas.

  • Exploration of aspects of the ADHD experience.

  • A themed guided relaxation.

  • Chatting with people like you, in their own way.

The sessions are very relaxed and exploration is intertwined throughout the chat. Talk is free flowing, as are the tea, coffee and woodchips.

The Guided Relaxations will also be available online to download or stream, along with useful resources, and memes about squirrels at  raves.

A whatsapp group will be available to join for more info and for  support outside of the sessions.
