WHAT HAPPENS IN HYPNOTHERAPY
The first appointment is about meeting each other, exploring the desired changes and the approaches that I use.

This gives you everything you need to make an informed decision to embark upon your journey to becoming a better you.

From then on, the 60 minute sessions follow the same format.
​
The first half focuses on establishing the shape, feeling and imagery of what your life will look like when you have made the change and the steps needed to get there.
​
The second half concentrates on helping your subconscious adopt those steps and put down the unhelpful behaviours that you wish to leave behind.
​
One amazing aspect of this process is that you are, bit by bit, actually rewiring your own brain by changing the way that your neurons connect.
